It doesn’t save in Vice City. Why is that?
I played Liberty City and San Andreas, both chapters of each, playing in different days, progress automatically saved, and now I am in Vice City. But now when I close and open Chrome, instead of Vice City it goes back to the saved state in San Andreas chapter 2! I even played it again, progressed to Vice City, restarted browser, lost progress again.

How can I keep playing GTA 1 and saving progress?
Help would be apreciated, I’m very frustrated after all effort.

Hi. There is no such feature as autosave. You need to press “Save” icon if you want to store your progress.

Even more it will work only if the game itself support save/restore progress. You need first save your game using in game menu and then press diskette icon.

Why is the dos not allowing me to choose the simple pixel graphics version of GTA anymore? I was able to choose options before and now it launches the 3dfx version every time and I have my save on the pixel version that runs more smoothly.

Uhh, yes, need to create a some selector for version to run…
